Homemade Granola: Natural Energy Bomb

06/11/2025

Homemade granola is one of the most searched breakfast recipes right now. Why? Because it’s much healthier than store-bought versions, far cheaper, and 100 % natural. Best of all, you only need 10 minutes of active time and it stays fresh in a jar for weeks. Let’s make this homemade granola together!

  • 50 g pumpkin seeds + 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

How to Make Homemade Granola – 10 Minutes Prep

  1. First preheat the oven to 160 °C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Then mix oats, walnuts, other nuts, seeds, chia and spices in a large bowl.
  3. Next pour in the maple syrup and coconut oil, mix well with your hands until slightly sticky.
  4. Spread the mixture on the tray and press lightly if you want clusters.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes. Stir once at the 10-minute mark so everything browns evenly.
  6. Don’t touch it right after baking! It gets super crunchy as it cools.
  7. Finally add dried fruits and store in an airtight glass jar – stays fresh for 3–4 weeks.
