Homemade granola is one of the most searched breakfast recipes right now. Why? Because it’s much healthier than store-bought versions, far cheaper, and 100 % natural. Best of all, you only need 10 minutes of active time and it stays fresh in a jar for weeks. Let’s make this homemade granola together!

Ingredients (1 large jar – 15–18 servings)
- 300 g rolled oats
- 150 g raw walnuts (roughly chopped)
- 100 g almonds or hazelnuts
- 50 g pumpkin seeds + 50 g sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 80 ml maple syrup or honey (for sugar-free: blend 8–10 dates with a little water)
- 60 ml melted coconut oil
- Add after baking: raisins, cranberries, dark chocolate chips

How to Make Homemade Granola – 10 Minutes Prep
- First preheat the oven to 160 °C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Then mix oats, walnuts, other nuts, seeds, chia and spices in a large bowl.
- Next pour in the maple syrup and coconut oil, mix well with your hands until slightly sticky.
- Spread the mixture on the tray and press lightly if you want clusters.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes. Stir once at the 10-minute mark so everything browns evenly.
- Don’t touch it right after baking! It gets super crunchy as it cools.
- Finally add dried fruits and store in an airtight glass jar – stays fresh for 3–4 weeks.
